Manpreet and I were planning to meet up with Nick and Anas ages ago. It was a date set in stone, and I made sure I was gonna make it even though I was just recovering from a bout of illnesses. However, Rezza also rang me and wanted to meet up that day. He said that they were going to be cooking dinner after meeting up for a movie at Mid Valley. After a long discussion with my mom who used the word relapse throughout the whole conversation, we decided that I could go for the dinner, and so I RSVP-ed yes.
Later that night, I decided to confirm, and so rang Rezza. He told me there was a change of plans - they were doing lunch and a movie instead of movie and a dinner - what's more, he didn't have the decency to tell me before, so I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't called him myself. Since I was already having lunch, I said I would meet them after my lunch, and if he could drop me back, then for the movie as well - cause my mom could either pick me up before 4, or at 6.30.
The next day I met up with Nick, Anas and Preet and after some bashing and deciding where to eat, we headed to a place I've always wanted to try : Amarin Thai! Food was pretty good, and it's been almost 3 years since I last saw Nick and Anas.
Manpreet was a great planner - she kept updating and confirming the details with me even though I didn't ask or she didn't have to. Unlike someone else. During lunch, I called Rezza to confirm the details and he told me :
"Oh, change of plans, we're having movie and a dinner. So we'll only be there after 4"
WHAT THE?! He didn't even tell me or consult with me before he made this decision of his. And what exactly was I supposed to do till 4? Rot and die in some storage cupboard somewhere? So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ring everyone who was supposed to come. Everyone said that 2.30pm was fine instead of 4, and that they would have lunch. So I really don't see the point of the change, but nevermind.
I also told Rezza that I had to be back home by 7 and he said that he would drop me home, and that the movie should be done by then. I said that since that was the case, I would go for the movie.
The other 3 wanted to watch Hancock, and so did I, but their movie was at 3pm, and so I couldn't make it since the others were coming. I really really wanted to watch it, and it would have been great watching it with them, but since the rest were coming early for me, I decided I better spend some time with them. I waited with the 3 till 3pm, and the rest still hadn't arrived. IN THE END, I HAD TO WAIT A BLOODY HOUR FOR THEM TO COME. ALONE. WITH NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO! They were all waiting for Rezza to pick them up "=.= And he was still at home when I called.
While waiting for the last possible moment for them to go to Hancock, we took pics!

While lining up for tickets, everyone was staring at Nick and Anas! Damn noisy man...hahaha...

Also, Manpreet had put her phone on silent and so when I was calling her, she couldn't hear it. Thus, they went for dessert etc. without me! I even passed the place they were having dessert but obviously I didn't think to look inside. Anyway, I digress.
In the end, at 3.30, Brigitte was the first to arrive and she happened to mention to me that the movie was 2 and a half hours long. So since it started at 5.15, it would only be done by 8! BLOODY HELL? I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BACK BY 7! So guess what?
I didn't go for that movie either.
TWO MOVIES I WAITED FOR FOREVER TO WATCH, AND I WAS CHEATED OUT OF THEM BOTH?! AND OUT OF TIME WITH FRIENDS I HAVEN'T SEEN IN AGES?! AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY FOR NOTHING. NO CONSIDERATION, EMPATHY, COMMUNICATION, NOTHING!
I waited with them at Chilis from 4.30 to 5, and then went back to Shing Yun's where my mom picked me up.

Siew See wanted to take a pic incase she didn't see me again. But she did, and she's also sending me off at the airport! Haahah!

After Nick, Anas and Manpreet left for their movie, it became the worst outing I've ever been on, seriously. I could have just gone home. Actually no, I could have just watched Hancock and had dessert. BAH. It was so frustrating, and so annoying, and the worst part was that he didn't seem to think he had done anything wrong. As in when I told him I couldn't go he just said "OK!" and then turned to James and went on bubbling about his Business class trip to Hong Kong, and his Ipod and his "Dux(?)" and whatever else. The only reason I skipped Hancock was because I hadn't met him yet -I had met the rest already, and was gonna meet them again! Oh gosh, no way is this going to repeat itself.
Anyway, thanks for organising Preet :) Really enjoyed myself up till 3pm! HAHAHA GRINDING ;) See ya in Sept!!!
