The greatest thank you goes out to Yi Ping who insisted on having this, who volunteered to plan it, and for making sure I had a great time :)
And thank you to Ching Ching who helped Ping with the invites - for her to take time out of studying, and out of spending time with Khong who was on a short holiday here, it really means a lot :)
Yi Ping knew I wanted a gathering of all my close friends for my birthday, and so a week after my birthday when we were sitting in the library during one of our breaks she suggested that I have a dinner. I didn't want to cause it was already past my birthday, but Ching Ching who was right next to her backed her up. They said they would invite everyone and choose a place, and so I finally gave in.
And I am SO glad I did.

Although pictures speak a thousand words, I should explain some of them. At one point the owner of the restaurant came by and so I asked him if he could take a group photo for us. He said sure, and I said that two people (Seok and See Weng) were coming back in a while. He said "I can't wait for that! I'll take it now!" and then....
went to the next table and took a group photo for them with my camera "=.= And then he proceeded to take a picture of himself "=.=
Hahaha...he did the spider trick again - this time with Ai Vyn. He threw it at her from behind, and she screamed so loud!

Now, the group photo on the stairs of Crown is something that I've always wanted to do :) I've always wanted a very cool studio group photo, and that came close!
Also, Yi Ping told me to wear red. And it turned out there was a reason - for Keat's birthday I had no tie and had to borrow Wei Xiong's, and she knew this. So, she bought me a tie! It was from her, Ching, Edmund and Wei Xiong. The tie was really nice, and later at Crown, when I was walking up the stairs to go to the balcony, some Australian dude stopped and said "Nice tie bro!" and went off...hahaha!
The same Edmund gave me a pouch for my coins cause he knew that I was suffering with my wallet since it didn't have a coin compartment :) So considerate!

Also, thanks to another Edmund, Edmund Chung, who couldn't make it for the dinner but gave me a really really cool present.
MAX BRENNERS HOT CHOCOLATE POWDER! Imagine, I could make a drink that brings millions of craving people to their doors everyday, right at home! I headed over to Wei Xiong's one day and he made a cup for us both! It was great Edmund :D
And I wanna thank Wei Xiong for his brilliant photos as well! And of course thanks to everyone who made it - I really really enjoyed myself on that day - I told someone I wished we could do that every week! Hahaha...
