But anyway, everyone knows Commerce is harder :P Back to the more important stuff, I'm back in KL! Thanks to everyone who replied my very random text...your enthusiasm made me feel so welcome :) And yes, we'll all meet up soon!
And Sherryn, no need for the blog police :P

The International Commerce Students Society (ICSS) had their annual ball on the 19th of November at Rydges Hotel. It was $85 a pop, and 3 of my friends were organising it, so I thought it'll be a good excuse to spend some cash :)

On the morning of the ball Yi Ping and I went to Melbourne Central and DFO Spencer to do some shopping because we wanted to go all out for the theme : Moulin Rouge. $100 later on my part, we decided to chill for a bit at Chocolate Lounge. I had the Iced Chocolate, which was really really good! Sarah's family friend just opened up a branch of it in KL, so you should all go try!
After DFO, I headed to College Square Lygon to meet Tse Han and Sara. Tse Han was kind enough to help me sew the buttons back on to my suit (cause I pulled them off during Keat's birthday :P), and Sara had to help me tie my tie, cause I'm retarded that way :(

Wei Xiong came over when I was getting ready, and we webcammed with Seok and Wai Hong. Meanwhile WX also proceeded to find underwear and the like and fling them around in front of the camera "=.=

Anyway, fast forward to Rydges. We were early, and so did what everyone does in those situations :P

The ball was not up to expectations, but one thing that really impressed was the deco. Seriously man, I was blown away! So congrats to Wei Lynn, Hilary and Suyan for a wonderful job organising everything :D And thanks Wei Lynn for getting us a good table :D

While waiting for the main events to start, we did that thing we do again :D

The food was the thing that let down. It was a two course meal, and the main course of fish was nice, but the quantity was abysmally small :( I finished everything in about 3 minutes, after waiting for food for about 2 hours. I didn't like the dessert either, but everyone else did, so I guess that was okay :)
The entertainment was quite good too : jugglers, and later on dancers. And there was a best dressed competition too...Albert and I were in the final, and Mr Wong took the title :) The prize was free entry to Seven. :)

There was also a dance by a drag queen : who happens to be a fellow Melbourne Uni student, and a friend of Harvey's I think :) I was quite amazed at how confident he was doing what he did in front of all those people, but I guess it's what he likes doing...hmmm

And continuing...

And then we headed to Se7en for the after party :) Some of us had special modes of transportation :P
