Hilary's Blowjob - the star studded post *Edited*

Now, isn't that title an attention grabber?

Anyway, before we talk about her, I have almost 20 posts to blog about when I'm free. I'm sorry. Last week, this week and next week are Killer Weeks. Don't ask. I'll explain later. But let's just say 2 tests, 5 assignments, and MoMU duties.

Later in this post I'll be testing out my new photo publisher - PicApp. And don't worry when it says loading - the pic will only be seen if you scroll down towards it, and takes up less than 10 seconds to load.

Anyway, in her new movie War, Inc. Hilary's character has to give a blowjob to a gas nozzle. The producers and John Cusack said she did it better than in the script! She "licked it like an ice cream cone".

At the bottom are pics that I like : her (with Mike) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala, Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy, in New York City. Other celebs include Hil's costars Eva Longoria, and Ellin Barkin, and her coworker Will.I.Am.

Fergie, Scarlett Johansson, Kimora, the Blood Diamond African dude, the Olsens, Mischa Barton, Beyonce, Marc Anthony, Jeniffer Lopez, Molly Sims, Naomi Watts, Giselle Bundchen, Tom Ford, Eva Mendez, Liv Tyler, the cast of Gossip Girl, Georgia Armani, Sarah Silverman, Venus Williams, Donatella Versace, Elizabeth Hurley, Emmy Rossum, and Sarah Jessica Parker also attended.

My favourite is the first pic, so you only need to see that if you're biased :P

Don't worry I'm not getting back into that Duff craze! Just a filler to avoid Manpreet from saying "you don't update your blog!"

And here's the interview about the BJ, and the pics! Enjoy! See you guys after Tuesday!

JP: And the greatest subversion of all is the subversion of Hilary Duff! Who we love!
ML: The great Hilary Duff.

LAC: She is fantastic in the movie!
JP: It’s not Lizzie McGuire.
JC: You know, when she came out to do the film, we didn’t know her. We knew she wanted to do the movie, which takes a lot of courage for a young girl who’s already got a huge fan base, who’s a big pop star. I don’t think any of us knew she’d be quite as gifted, as intelligent as she is. If you think about it, if you want to hold the screen with Sir Ben Kingsley, Marisa Tomei, and Joan Cusack, you’d better be good. And not only did she hold her own, I think she’s every bit as charismatic and wonderful as those other three actors.
ML: Also, she’s fearless.
JP:
And physically fearless! She put a real scorpion down her pants! And Johnny, you gotta say that next time you’re on a talk show with a clip.
ML: It’s amazing.
JP: We wrote a scene where [Duff’s character] gives a blow job to a gas nozzle, and when we got Hilary to do this movie, we thought, Well, we’ve got to rewrite that. But she did it!
JC: She did it in a more sly way. She licked it like an ice cream cone. She did better than the script. We were blunter, and she was much more subtle.

OH MY SHIT

MARIAH CAREY AND NICK CANNON GOT MARRIED?!?!?!?!?!

WHAT THE HELL?!

WHAT...THE...HELLL?!!?!

Lately I've been listening to Mariah Carey and watching all her interview and stuff cause I got one of her albums...and suddenly she gets married?! TO NICK CANNON?! Of all people...what the hell!

They've only know each other for a little more than a month. She's worth $225 million and sold more than 175 million albums worldwide. He's sold less than 300,000 albums worldwide, and is probably worth as much as the mud on my shoes!

Apparently their "love of religion" pulled them together...hmmm...well wokay then!

I think I better go...my poor already overstressed heart cannot take this!

Oh, and congrats to Sara's friend for making it through the first round of Australian Idol!

Central Place

When I made plans to meet Ching Siong, and he said he'll take me to Centre Place, I was quite happy 'cause I had just read about it on Wei Xiong's blog. (P.s., my surname has a double n).

Even more coincidental, the restaurant we originally wanted to eat at was full! So we ended up eating at the same place I read about on the blog - Five.

And the same thing happened a week later when I went there with Shing Yun.

Food was OK, coffee was good. I had the same thing both times I went!

I also finally tried Freddo's! I met up with Tse Han and Wei Xiong to get my hoodie back, and have dinner at Ipoh Jaya. The food was really good - you might find me back there once I have enough cash (long story, explain later!). We went for dessert to Freddo's, and it was pretty good! I can survive without it la...but still good!

After that (10.30pm) Tse Han and I headed to Wai Hong's at St. Marys. We stopped at Arrow for me to get another sweater having lent mine to Tse Han. On the way there I ran into Chin Keong who I haven't seen since primary school! Seok dropped in at Wai Hong's as well, and later we were joined by their Mauritian friend who taught us some Creole swear words while Tse Han tuned her violin.

At 2.30 we decided to call it a night, and I WALKED BACK TO ARROW!!!! Surprisingly I wasn't that scared - I just wanted to get back into the warmth. As I was jay walking across the empty main road, this guy who was walking along suddenly stopped and stared at me as I walked towards him. I started clutching my wallet and phone a bit tighter until...

Guy : Ruwan?!
Me : errr....yeah....eh...eh...Jason?!
Jason : What are you doing?!
Me : Coming back from a friends house...
Jason : So late?
Me : yeah...what are YOU doing?
Jason : oh...coming back from Raymond's :P
Me : "=.=

And then after he went into Seasons, and I was so thankful as I neared the welcoming entrance of Arrow, especially after passing some clubbers who were struggling to walk properly to get back home...

Guy : Ruwan?!
Me : errr...Aun?!
Aun (floor senior and head of student services) : What are you doing out so late?!
Me : Coming back from a friends place....
Aun : *unbelievingly* uhuh.....

What?! Not like I'm some serial clubber who makes it a habit of coming back at odd hours of the day! Infact, the latest I've slept is at 5! And that's cause I WAS STUDYING! So take that you judgemental readers! Not that I know any judgemental readers...

I better stop.

Ramen

Harvey woke me up at 9.50am later that morning, since I had to go back to my place to change. We were meeting Sars for lunch and some present shopping for Farah at 10.30.

We went to Supre, Cotton On, and Jay Jays, and managed to pick up the "perfect" present to post to her pretty quickly.

Harvey trying on the vest I wanted to buy!

We then headed to Japanese Noodle Cafe for lunch, but not before heading to JB HiFi (my uncle is a shareholder!) and also managed to take really cool pictures with the Macbook's on display!

At the restaurant, we had ramen. It was really nice, and the first time I had any ramen ever!

When Harvey left for work, Sars and I went to Safeway, and after dumping off the groceries at my place went to Hudson's to see our boy in action.

Omg. Harvey Wong cleaning tables. Seriously. So proud of you Harvey :P

I kept pointing out stains on tables to him...but no la, he was good...hahah!

After writing out Farah's card and sipping on our hot heavens, we headed back home to stardyyy...Next update? LET ME GET SOME SLEEP FIRST LA!

Restarting

On the 11th of April (gee wiz, bear with me people!) it was the International Night Market at Melbourne Uni!

At lunch time that day, Sars and I met up with Albert for lunch at Norsiah's. I always wanted to try it, and eventhough he warned us "you go into Norsiah, you come out smelling like Norsiah" I didn't smell of wonderful Nasi Lemak and Beef Rendang!

I went to class after that, and then met up with Nat and her cousin for Koko Black's iced chocolate! I swear, as I was waddling back to Uni for the market I swore I would never ever drink it on any stomach other than an empty one again!

The night market was pretty cool! I bumped into loads of people : Daniel, Sars, her boy Keat, Albert, Azaliyah, Raymond, Hao Rui, Nick, Alfred, Poh Pea, Seok Mei, Wai Hong, Tse Han, Carolyn, Hariz, Shing Yun, Joshua. My guests for the evening were Elaine and Harvey, and the Monashers were complaining about the food all the way! I enjoyed the Roti Canai though - the only thing I miss from KL...hehehe.

There were performances, live music, lion dances...it was really quite good!

I was supposed to help Elaine with her math for her test, but Ching Ching managed to help her instead, and even let her stay over with her eventhough they never met before! That left me free to join Harvey, his roomate Alex and girlfriend Michelle for dinner at Lygon Street. Harvey ordered Victoria Bitter and got "happy".

I ended up staying over at Milano 'cause we stayed up till 5am playing Code of Duty. So thanks for your hospitality Harvey!

It managed to take my mind away from the party I was missing! Albert invited me to his birthday at Eve, and I really don't know why, but I had this real drive to go club that night! I've always wanted to experience it at least once! My friends either had tests the next day or didn't want to spend more money that day, and I didn't want to show up alone, so I passed. But nevermind, I had fun anyway!

Woah. I did an update. Nyeh heh.

Oh, by the way...I'm the new comittee member (IT Officer) for Momu! Malaysians of Melbourne Uni. Hehe...(which means I better get back to my normal blogging habits incase one of them finds this recently ignored page and thinks I might not be up to my job!).

So more updates coming your way my people!

Premiering

Updates should be flowing in on Friday if all goes to plan! Am swamped with tests and assignments right now, but just want to let you know that I'm only 16 posts behind, and will get to them asap!

But first, I haven't blogged about Hilary Duff in ages. Only 2 things of importance to note : She turned down the role of Annie Mills for the remake of 90210 - it would have been nice to see her on TV again, but she doesn't want to be cast teen roles anymore.

Even bigger news, War Inc premiered at Tribeca last night. Along with her costars, Oscar winners Sir Ben Kingsley, Marisa Tomei, and John and Joan Cusack, Hilary was seen on the red carpet with her sister and boyfriend.

Did I mention she's back to blonde?

And War,Inc. was given a rating of 4/5. Out nationwide in the US on the 23rd of May :)
