Trip Hash 4

**More Pictures added!

Pavilion, Pavilion. I could never get bored visiting you!

I told everyone I would be there at 12.15pm, but took more time than expected to get ready. At exactly 12.15 on her watch Ping rang me to chastise me for being late. That's a first! Sorry la, stuck in a jam!

At 12.30, I met Ping and Mun Yee at Topman, and after withdrawing some money from the miracle invention they call the ATM machine 15 minutes later met Rezza, Brigitte and Shing Yun.

We headed right down to Madam Kwan's. For once, no dilly dallying or standing around in circles fighting about what to eat.

Every single person forgot to bring their camera. Rezza remembered, but realised that the battery was dead. It was like we had a no-camera cabal. So, I had to resort to using my pitiful 2 mega pixel camera phone to pay my dues to the blogosphere.

I had Char Kuay Teow and an "Ice Lemon Tea no-ice". What? I don't like ice cubes. They water down and dilute everything!

The main reason behind this visit to the Almighty Shopping Mall was to meet up with Mun Yee for the last time in 6 months. She had a sprained wrist and was losing her voice, but we managed to push her into staying for the movie and Starbucks.

The movie was the long awaited National Treasure 2. As good as the first one, I was so happy that I was able to watch it, that there was this huge smile on my face throughout the whole movie. At one point however, I made quite a loud observation during the movie which started a ripple of laughter through the cinema, and so I retreated into the back of my chair trying to look inconspicuous.

After the brilliant movie (can't wait for National Treasure 3!), we headed to Starbucks! It's kind of our tradition edi. Hehehe. Before wrapping up the day, go to Starbucks! After catching up and just sipping what very little stress we had away, we dropped Mun Yee off at the entrance.

On the way we kept running in front of Mun Yee to take pictures with her. It was like she was some big celebrity. 5 of us, multiplied about 2 pictures per person (I got in 3!).

Bye Mun Yee! The rest of us headed to J.Co's. This time I sat down while the others lined up and placed their orders. We separated our doughnuts into bags before deciding we wanted an adventure, and took the Monorail back to Kl Sentral, where Ping was picked up. The remaining four took the LRT back to Bangsar, where Shing Yun's mom dropped Brigitte, Rezza and I at Siew See's house. Thanks Aunty!

After watching home videos for a bit, and sharing our spoil of doughnuts, my dad picked me up and I headed back home!

I never did manage to blog about my second trip to the Pavilion with my mom and sister. We ate here :

It's a Japanese restaurant, and they have wonderful sandwiches. I keep forgetting what it's called though. Oh yeah! Thank God for the Pavilion Directories :D It's called Etoile.

I don't know how to end the post, so yeah. Toodles!
